This speaks to the desirability of living in Rolling Hills. Buyers will certainly find homes priced for less than $2 million on this attractive tree-lined neighborhood, but it’s clear that when a home is priced above the norm (and in the case of this house, even at over three times the median price) Rolling Hills retains some of Chatham’s most sought-after real estate.
Buyers are also attracted to Chatham’s highly rated schools and the Midtown Direct train to New York City.
