How to Reduce Your Stress

And other things you need to know to get you through your Monday, May 2.

It's that time again! Time for Advanced Placement exams at the high school. Chatham Patch can't take them for you, but we can offer a few tips on getting through the stress. To find out more, check out the Five Things You Need to Know Today:

  1. You need to know about AP exams: Students taking AP Chemistry, Environmental Science and Psychology at have their Advanced Placement exams scheduled for Monday.

You need to know about water: Drinking water can help you relax and lose weight, and since this week is Drinking Water Week, you can not only do something good for yourself by drinking water, but you can also win $1,000 from the American Water Works Association by participating in their YouTube video contest.
