Girls Swim Team Goes to State Tournament

Welcome to the Cougar Sports Corner, where we bring you all the news from Chatham High athletics.

On Tuesday:

• The girls varsity swim team defeated Princeton in the NJSIAA Group B semifinals, 119-51.
• The girls varsity basketball team defeated Pequannock 63-40 in an away game.
• The boys varsity basketball team defeated Parsippany Hills 59-36 in an away game.

On Thursday:

• Any students interested in running with the boys or girls spring track teams can meet with the coaches at 3 p.m. in the high school cafeteria.

On Sunday:

• The girls varsity swim team will travel to Trenton to take on Cherry Hill West High School in the state tournament at The College of New Jersey at 12:15 p.m.
