'Broadway in the Boro,' Township Committee This Week

Each Monday we welcome you back to the work week with a look at what to expect in the Chathams. From content you'll find on Patch as the week goes on to community activities, here's what you need to know this week:

1) You need to know about John Paton: He's been a member of the Chatham Township Police Department for 32 years, the last four as chief, and on Feb. 1 he'll retire. We'll bring you a profile of Paton and his years with the police department.

2) You need to know about 'Broadway in the Boro': The Keen Theater Co. comes to town this week, and we'll have photos from the gathering at the Chatham Community Playhouse after the show.

3) You need to know about township business: The Chatham Township Committee meets this week, and we'll have coverage of the meeting later this week.

4) You need to know about Len Resto: Get to know the new Chatham Borough Council President, who just began his second term on the council and was unanimously selected to lead it in 2013.
