The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga Class will be help on Sunday from 10:30 - 11:30 am at MONDO
All levels welcome to drop in to participate in this wonderful yoga flow led by Mary Ann Gebhardt, Chopra Certified Instructor.
The program was developed by Claire Diab and Dr. Deepak Chopra based on Dr. Chopra's Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, a Practical Guide to Healing Body, Mind, and Spirit
Drop-In fee: $20. No experience necessary. Variations of poses geared toward beginner to advanced levels.
Following class will be an Introductory Session on Yoga Teacher Training courses for those interested in 200-Hour and the more advanced 500-Hour programs.
