Modern Man Reunites for Sanctuary Concert Presenter's Final Show

Comic trio to close out the concert series season on May 17.

Scott Sheldon's last Sanctuary concert will seem a lot like his first.

The comic trio, Modern Man, was the first to perform in the Sanctuary series and are reuniting to close out the season on May 17 in what will be Sheldon's last as concert presenter.

The year-end celebration will include an ice cream buffet and $1 CD sale. Tickets are $15 for the Chatham Presbyterian Church concert that starts at 8 p.m.

Sheldon will perform a short opening set followed by the rare reunion of Modern Man, comprised of David Buskin, Rob Carlson and George Wurzbach. The group's songs include "Jews Don't Camp" and "Don't You Hate It When They Make You Sing Along?"

The concert will close out the 2013-14 season, which has included sold-out performances by Nick Lowe, Rosanne Cash, Kathy Mattea, Red Molly, Marc Cohn and The Wainwright/Roche Family.
