Masterwork Chorus Summer Sings

Enjoy an evening of singing Orff's Carmina Burana and Bernstein's Chichester Psalms with Conductor Patrick Gardner, Music Director, Riverside Choral Society and Director of Choral Activities, Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers on June 30. Fauré's Requiem, Cantique de Jean Racine and (for women) Messe Basse, and (for men) Biebl's Ave Maria with Conductor Anne Matlack,  Artistic Director, Harmonium Choral Society and Organist/Choir Director, Grace Church, Madison on July 7.  Brahms' German Requiem and Bruckner's Te Deum with Conductor Thomas Juneau, Music Director, Summit Chorale, and Director of Choral Activities at St. Joseph's University, Philadelphia on July 14. Cherubini's Requiem in C Minor and Schubert's Mass in G with Conductor James S. Little, Music Director, Choral Art Society of New Jersey and Organist/Choirmaster, Calvary Episcopal Church, Summit on July 21. Verdi's Requiem with Conductor J. D. Burnett, Associate Conductor of Masterwork Chorus and staff member of New Jersey Youth Chorus and Montclair State University on July 28. Cost $12 includes score rental, professional soloists, accompanist and refreshments, $6 for students and listeners. Booklets of 5 tickets available for $50 (tickets may be shared). Directions:  Take Route 78 or 287 to Route 24.  Take exit 2A for Morristown/Madison.  Make left at first light onto Park Avenue.  Proceed through 2 lights and make right turn into St. Elizabeth's campus.
