Broadway in the Boro

Keen Company, an Off-Broadway not-for-profit theater company, presents a cabaret evening featuring up-and-coming Broadway stars entitled BROADWAY IN THE BORO.  This year's lineup includes Michael Halling (Broadway's PAJAMA GAME), Leah Horowitz (Broadway's WHITE CHRISTMAS), and Paul Anthony Stewart (Broadway's FIDDLER ON THE ROOF and a star of daytime's GUIDING LIGHT). The evening is hosted by Keen Company Artistic Director and Chatham native Carl Forsman, and is held at the Chatham Community Playhouse, 23 North Passaic Avenue.
A fun evening for all ages, the evening features musical performances by the guest artists of songs from Broadway shows new and old, and a comic improvisation featuring Keen Company alumni Matt Servitto (FBI agent Harris on HBO's THE SOPRANOS).
The one-hour show concludes with a wine-and-cheese reception with the artists, and is appropriate for audiences of all ages. Three previous performers from earlier benefits have gone on to receive Tony Award nominations, so this show is a great chance to see the stars of tomorrow in an intimate setting.
Tickets are $50 for adults and $25 for children under 18 (maximum four children per adult); for tickets call Keen Company at (212) 216-0963 or www.ccp.ticketleap.com/broadway-in-boro
