A Visit From Santa

On Sunday, December 5th at 6pm, the Green Village Volunteer Fire Department will hold their annual Tree Lighting Ceremony at the fire house located at 529 Green Village Road in Green Village. Families can come and watch as Santa arrives by fire truck to light up the tree. After Santa lights the tree, he will proceed into the fire house to hear the children's Christmas wishes. Complementary refreshments and cookies will be provided by the Auxiliary. Before going to the firehouse to visit with Santa, you are welcome to join your neighbors at the Green Village United Methodist Church for their annual Hot Dog Supper beginning at 4:30. At 5:45 the group will walk from the church down a nostalgic luminary lit road singing Christmas Carols to await Santa's arrival. Both events are free to all.  For more information, please visit the Events and Fund Raisers page on our website at www.greenvillagefire.com
