Patch Hits the Road

Get water bottles, T-shirts and other Patch gear from the mobile Patch newsroom.

Ever want to know more about Patch? Wonder what a local paper can do during a national election season? Or did you ever just want a really cool T-shirt?

The Patchfinder, Patch's own newsroom-on-wheels, is coming to Madison Saturday with staff, SWAG and plenty of fun. The green 23-foot RV has been to New Hampshire and South Carolina for the Republican Primaries, and now it's coming to Morris County.

Follow Patchfinder on Twitter and track its location. It has quite a few stops along its journey, hitting North Carolina, Virgina, Maryland and Pennsylvania before New Jersey. Then on to New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

The Patchfinder, which got its name in a New Hampshire Patch contest, will be parked on Waverly Place in Madison from noon to 2 p.m. Get out and stop by!

Julie's Mindful Parenting Group

Why go: A chance for working moms to discuss the issues and problems you face with experts and peers.

Why go: Kick off Catholic Schools Week by seeing what a Catholic school education can offer your children.
