Chatham Students Earn Dean's Lists at St. Joe's

The Philadelphia university published its spring semester Dean's List.

Four students from the Chathams earned Dean's List honors in the 2012 spring semester at Saint Joseph's University.

Those students are:

Helfrich, Spinelli, Stram and Cherry also made the Dean's List in the 2011 fall semester, along with Zachary Curtis, another Chatham native who majors in Finance.

To make the university's Dean's List, students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or above, a B or greater in all their classes, and complete at least 15 credits in a semester.

Saint Joseph's University was founded by the Society of Jesus in 1851 and offers a demanding yet supportive education to men and women. The school is one of only 152 schools with a Phi Beta Kappa chapter and AACSB business school accreditation. There are 4,650 undergraduate students, 700 College of Professional and Liberal Studies adult undergraduates and 3,600 graduate and doctoral students.

Saint Joseph's was named to the 2012 President's Higher Education Community Service Honor Roll for General Community Service.
