Chatham resident Vincent P. Ursino has been elected to a three-year term on the Overlook Foundation board of trustees, the foundation announced.
The Overlook Foundation raises funds for new equipment and special programs at Overlook Medical Center in Summit.
Ursino, an active member of the Chatham Chamber of Commerce and Corpus Christi Parish, is the founder and CEO of pharmaceutical ingredient supplier Vinchem.
He and his wife, Priscilla, also are members of the foundation’s Heritage Society, according to a foundation news release.
Richard Carlson and Anne O. Martinson of Westfield and D. Andrew Spellman of New Providence also were appointed to the foundation's board.
“We are delighted to welcome Vince and these other dynamic new members to the foundation board,” Board Chair Clelia Biamonti said. “Each brings a unique range of talents and expertise to our fund-raising mission on behalf of Overlook Medical Center.”
