Pumpkins Arriving for the 7th Annual Pumpkin Patch at the Presbyterian Church of Chatham Township!

Pumpkins from the Navajo Agricultural Products Industry (NAPI) in Farmington, New Mexico, who benefit from the sale, will arrive in Chatham for the 7th Annual Pumpkin Patch held on the front lawn of the Presbyterian Church of Chatham Township. The Patch opens Thursday, October 3rd at noon.

The Chatham High School Football team and coaches, the Chatham High School Cheerleaders, and local Boy Scout Troops will once again be on hand to help with set-up. Under the leadership and organization of the church's Witness and Outreach Chair Carolyn Smith, the groups will work in teams to unload 3,000+ pumpkins and gourds. Net proceeds from the pumpkin sales will be donated to the Community Soup Kitchen and Outreach Center, Inc. in Morristown and the Community FoodBank of New Jersey in Hillside.

The Pumpkin Patch will be open to the community each weekday from 12:00 - 6:00 p.m. beginning on Thursday, October 3rd. The Patch will be open from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. during the weekends and will run through October 31st or until all of the pumpkins are sold. Early childhood and Nursery school groups are invited and may call the church office at 973-635-2340 to schedule a visit. We have just the right size pumpkins for little hands!
