Local Startup, Boll & Branch is looking for a Marketing Assistant (recent grads welcome to apply!)

Located in Chatham, NJ, Boll & Branch is one of the fastest growing brands in the luxury home textiles category (bedding, blankets, etc.). We're interested in adding a self-starter that is brimming with talent to our team. Not only do we make amazing products, but we have put a great focus on doing things the `right way' with a Fair Trade-certified supply chain and using only sustainable, organic materials. Plus, a big portion of our profits are donated to charity... doing good feels great, trust us!

You'll know you're our ideal candidate if you'd be as excited about making great products as you are to help people. You'll also have an undergraduate degree as well as outstanding written and communication skills. It is also really important that you understand and actively use Instagram, Twitter and Facebook as they'll be heavily involved in our social media efforts. If you blog personally, that's even better!

Most importantly, you need to be able to provide stellar character references from people that are not related to you! We're not afraid of recent grads or people without experience -- we want good people!

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Customer Service/Response (phone and email support)
- Social media marketing + communications
- Online advertising support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from accredited University
- Outstanding communication skills (in English) in both written and oral forms
- Lots of energy and enthusiasm to learn
- Microsoft Word applications
- Heavy/comfortable web user
- Social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- You need to be interested in home decor and design

Plusses:
- Graphic design skills (Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Customer service experience
- Blogging experience
