The PALS lecture series is in its 17^th year with Fairleigh Dickinson University. The lectures in the series are at the cutting edge of foreign and domestics affairs. The speaker at this event will be Jorge Dominguez, Antonio Madero Professor for the Study of Mexico, vice provost for international affairs and chairman at the Harvard Academy for International and Area Studies in Cambridge, Mass.
