First HomeCare and CareOne at Morris are teaming up to offer free blood
pressure and glucose screenings, as well as nutritional information, on May 15,
2012 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  Heart
disease is the leading cause of death in the United States and high blood
pressure and diabetes are among the risk factors associated with heart
disease.  The Stop & Shop will host
this event at their store located at 245 Littleton Road in Morris Plains.  Light refreshments will be served.
