Chatham Businesses Join Forces to Help in the Wake of Hurricane Sandy
This past week has been a challenging time for most of us, loss of power, heat, internet, and not being able to get gas in our cars. We are still fortunate to have a roof over our heads, food to eat and our families near.
For those that live at the Jersey Shore, their story is much different, loss of homes, unable to get home because of excessive damage, loved ones that are missing.
We want to help the shore rebuild, put a smile on the face of a mother that has no food for her child or a warm blanket to keep them warm. Please help us help the Jersey Shore by making a donation of money, food, water, new blankets, warm clothes or even your time.
Knowing I cannot do it alone I called Tony Britt and asked for his support, he immediately jumped in and help gather resources and support. We distributed 100+ posters and flyer's along main street businesses today.
We will be parking our delivery truck on main street for the nest several days. Anyone that would like to donate in bulk we will be happy to come get it. Call 973-309-7225 to schedule a pick up.
