Ladies, Get Ready to Shop

Semi-annual local shopping night makes a return.

 

Chatham Borough's spring Ladies Night Out is here again, just in time for your spring and summer shopping.

Lori Ann Medico, owner of Bliss Clothing and Accessories, started the concept of Ladies Night Out in 2009 to help bolster small businesses in Chatham.

Since then, other citizens and business owners have gotten involved with Ladies Shopping Night. Thursday's event will include:

 

Stores will keep their doors open late Thursday to accommodate shoppers. Many will also provide store discounts, free gifts, new merchandise and refreshments

Participating stores will display a flier for Ladies Night Out, visible in the gallery above and to the right, in their storefronts.

The event starts at 6 p.m. with a ribbon cutting in front of Bliss Clothing and Accessories. Shops will remain open until 9 p.m.

Ladies Night Out is offered twice a year, once in November and once in May.
