This week Chatham Patch took readers inside this home at 48 Southern Blvd. known as the Price-Baldwin Home. The current owners, Sarah Stanley and Don Davidson, are pictured inside the house, which has stood since at least 1824 and was originally built with walls of hand-split lathe boards reinforced with animal hair.
