I'm not sure what your source was, but the article was somewhat misleading regarding 264 Hillside Avenue. The property is a to-be-built center hall colonial, but you are showing a picture of what I assume is the house that was torn down to make way for it. That picture is not on the GSMLS web site for the current listing, although it is there for the prior listing, where the home was sold to the builder last September.
