Whether you like classical, country, accoustic or Latin, there's something for every musical taste in Chatham this weekend ... and sometimes from very unlikely places! Take in a cast of over 70 students in the Chatham Middle School play, or go watch the Rev. Shawn Garvey of Stanley Congregational Church show an "alternative" side.

Why go: Watch a cast of 73 middle schoolers portray the tale of a young girl trying to find a role in traditional Chinese society.
Cornerstone CoffeeWhen/Where: Saturday, 7:30 p.m., 94 Fairmount Ave, Chatham
Why go: Because how often do you get to see your church minister rocking out on the guitar? Rev. Shawn Garvey and Talley Summerlin play alternative acoustic music for congregants. Plus, there's food.
Chatham Day School Science Expo
When/Where: Saturday, 10 a.m., Chatham Day School
Why go: Hands-on experiments and displays to help kids of all ages learn a little more about the earth, from plant DNA to outer space.
FrostKings Perform at the Madison Public Library
Where/When: Saturday at 1 p.m., Madison Public Library, 39 Keep St.
Why Go: Because you can't get enough North Jersey swing, R & B, and blues.
When/Where: Friday, 8 p.m. at Mayo Performing Arts Center, Morristown
Why Go: You like cool jazz, Latin and classical sax and clarinet from a master of the craft.

Family Photo Scavenger Hunt

Why Go: You want to enjoy nature and have an adventure in a beautiful place.
