This past weekend the Washington Avenue School Players performed Willy Wonka in front of three sold out shows.  The students have been working on this play for almost five months.  These young children poured their hearts and souls into this event along with many teachers and parents who worked endless hours to chaperone, create costumes, organize program booklets, create different settings, and make decorations that turned the Multi-Purpose Room into a candy factory.    It was a magical show!
